The Role:
We are seeking a skilled software engineer with a passion for enhancing the performance of critical applications and benchmarks. As part of a core team of experts, you will work with state-of-the-art hardware and software technologies to drive performance improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and optimize software solutions using C++.
• Utilize scripting skills in Python to automate tasks and improve efficiency.
• Work closely with AMD’s architecture specialists to influence product improvements.
• Employ a data-driven approach to optimize performance.
• Stay updated with trends in software and hardware technologies, focusing on algorithms and architecture.
• Contribute to new ASIC and hardware bring-up processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve existing software issues efficiently.
• Build and maintain technical relationships with colleagues and partners.

Preferred Experience:

• Strong foundation in object-oriented programming with C++.
• Proficiency in concurrent programming and threading APIs.
• Experience with Linux development environments.
• Familiarity with software development tools like debuggers, version control systems (GitHub), and performance profilers.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Leadership capabilities and effective teamwork skills.

Academic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
